The camp schedule is here!

Thank you to everyone who made it to our Stake Camp meeting last night.  Hopefully you found the information helpful. 

FUN FACTS

• The link to the schedule is on the right. 
• If you would like to sign up as a ward for a Heber Valley Service project, please let us know ASAP. The service projects last approximately 60 minutes, can accommodate 40 girls, and are only available on Wednesday at 4:00.  The service involves camp maintenance, i.e., stacking wood, spreading woodchips. 
• If you would like to sign up for a presentation by the Heber Valley Camp missionaries during your ward time, let us know ASAP and we can help you schedule one. The three presentation options are "All Things Bright and Beautiful,” "O Woman, Great is Thy Faith," and "I Feel My Savior's Love."

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• One leader from each ward to ride the bus with the girls to HVC on Monday, June 24.
• 2-3 YW  leaders from each ward to help during your session of the challenge course.  These YW leaders will attend a meeting at HVC on Monday at 12:30.
• 3 ward members (don’t have to be YW leaders) who can help prepare and serve stake lunch on your assigned camp day. *Lunch assignments TBA soon. 
• A list of anyone from your ward who will be coming late to camp.This includes girls, leaders, bishopric members and their wives, or anyone else who will be coming up for any reason. Heber Valley Camp will not let them past the checkpoint unless their name is on the master list. Cheri will be sending out a Google doc link soon so you can easily share this and other info with us on a shared document. Those names must be turned in to us before the first day of camp on June 24.
